• Orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipping.

• Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination.

• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout based on the shipping settings in your store.

• Tracking information is provided once the order ships. 

Return & Refund Policy

• Customers may request a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.

• Requests must be reported within 30 days of delivery and include photo or video evidence of the issue. 

• If tracking shows the order was delivered, refunds or replacements are generally not processed.

• If an order shows no tracking or remains in transit for an extended period, a refund or replacement may be issued after the delivery window passes.

• Refund requests must be made within 90 days of payment.

• Zendrop does not accept physical returns, so customers usually keep the item. If you want items returned, you must provide your own return address in your policy.
